Celebrating 75 years of great music, the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park announces its 2009-10 season of visiting artists, choral masterworks, and popular Bach Festival. Visiting artists include the American Chamber Players led by Miles Hoffman in October; the Stradivari Quartet in November, Cuban-born American pianist Horacio Guitérrez in March, and the early music group Red Priest in April. The Choral Masterworks Series, featuring the nationally acclaimed Bach Festival Choir and Orchestra, kicks off with Mendelssohn's Elijah, in celebration of the 200th anniversary of Mendelssohn's birth.
