     As you pursue your Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Rollins, you will be guided by your faculty adviser in choosing from more than 500 courses in 33 different majors. You may participate in focused learning groups, independent study programs and career internships. You will establish priorities, make decisions and plan for your future in a supportive, yet challenging, environment. 


A Distinctive Liberal Arts Education

    Whatever you study at Rollins, you will discover the advantages of the breadth, depth, and flexibility of our curriculum: select a major or design your own, prepare for medical or law school, participate in internships or study abroad, complete an accelerated program in engineering or management, conduct research with a professor or write an Honors Degree Program thesis.You will graduate with a strong foundation in the area of your choice, a broad knowledge of the world, and the ability to write, speak, and analyze effectively and persuasively. 

Preprofessional Studies

    Approximately 45 percent of our graduates proceed directly to graduate and professsional schools; an additional 20 percent continue their studies after a year or two of work. To help prepare you for advanced education, Rollins offers challenging preprofessional programs that combine a major field of study with a broad liberal arts education. 

Accelerated Management Program

    This five-year program, resulting in the B.A. and M.B.A., is offered in cooperation with Rollins' Roy. E. Crummer Graduate School of Business. Successful applicants are admitted as freshmen to the College with the opportunity to achieve entrance to the Crummer School at the end of their third year. 


Pre-Engineering Studies

    The Rollins dual-degree engineering program, resulting in the B.A. from Rollins and a B.S. in engineering from another respected institution, provides a strong foundation for any engineering discipline. This five-year course of study allows you to follow a pre-engineering curriculum for three years at Rollins and then complete a two-year engineering program at Auburn University, Case Western Reserve University, Columbia University, or Washington University in St. Louis. 

Pre-Law Studies

    Law schools seek students with excellent analytical and communication skills who have completed a broad undergraduate education, and Rollins has an exemplary record of preparing prelaw students for advanced education. Our prelaw adviser assists students in choosing courses and a major, and sponsors programs to help students establish career paths and learn about the law school application process. 

Premedical Studies

    Rollins is highly acclaimed for its strong Health Sciences program. The Health Professions Advisory Committee assists students pursue health-related careers in medicine, dentistry, or veterinary medicine.
