Alpha Tau Omega - Iota Zeta Chapter - Rollins College

Congratulations to senior captain Scott Farrell, who was awarded Athlete of the Week honors in September for his performance on the soccer field.
Iota Zeta Chapter obtains 3 pledges from Fall Open Rush Event: Sophomores Shawn McMahon (Water Skiing) , Mike Blum (Golf), & Eric Faber (Basketball).

Iota Zeta has 3 brothers abroad this semester: Tyler Doggett & Steve Shaw in Australia studying @ the University of Sidney this semester & James Abruzzo in London, England.

ATO Congress 2002 & Road to True Merit

August 4th -- August 11th, 2002 @ Cleveland, Ohio, hosted by the Renaissance Hotel.
4 Brothers represented the Iota Zeta Chapter at the 75th Bi-Annual Alpha Tau Omega Congress including Chad Stewart, James Abruzzo, Taylor Binder, & Jason Crane.
Highlights incl. Cleveland Indians Baseball & Cedar Point Amusement Park.
Iota Zeta was honored on 3 occasions for "Excellence in Communication", Excellence in Recruitment", and True Merit Honorable Mention.

Fraternity & Sorority Presidents meet with Rollins College Dean of Students and Head of Greek Affairs to discuss a number of current Greek issues.
The Greek Student Advisor Board consists of Greek & IFC Presidents & discusses improving Greek Life @ Rollins College.

Halloween Howl -- Community Service

Annual Safe Trick or Treating Alternative for local elementary-aged children.
The 'back-hall' at ATO was transformed into a haunted house.

Trick or Treat for "Change" -- American Cancer Society

First ever philanthropic event for the Brothers of the Iota Zeta Chapter.
Wednesday, October 30th, 2002
Brothers toured local Winter Park neighborhoods Trick or Treating for spare change rather than candy.
$100 Donated to the American Cancer Society's "Relay for Life".
