Elizabeth Boggs, Assistant Director

Elizabeth became a member of the Career Services staff in June 2006. In addition to providing general career counseling, Elizabeth is the point person for internship advising and manages the registration process for the academic internship program. Elizabeth also coordinates outreach presentations to classrooms for faculty as well as for student groups, such as residence halls or athletic teams. She is also responsible for employer relations with internship sponsors and co-teaches the Academic and Career Planning course.

Elizabeth earned her Doctorate of Education degree in December 2006 from the University of Central Florida. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Furman University. She has completed a graduate certificate in Career Counseling and earned the credential of Global Career Development Facilitator.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys photography, reading historical fiction, sports, and traveling to new places.
