Who do I need to contact?  Do you need to ask a question or speak to someone in Career Services, but don't know who to ask?  Although anyone in the office can help you and will field your questions, below is a short description of our primary areas of responsibility to assist you when you contact our office.  The main phone number for the office is (407) 646-2195 and the office email is careerservices@rollins.edu.  Individual staff email addresses are listed below.
 

Raymond Rogers , Director

As the Director of the office, Ray is the point person for employer relations, job fairs and general career counseling.

 

 
Oversees employer relations including on-campus recruiting, employer resume requests and job fairs
Provides general career counseling, including career assessment instruments and career research related resources
Maintains the office’s web site
Oversees the Career Connections program (alumni career volunteer program)
Primary contact for collaboration with Rollins faculty and academic department liaison
Conducts career and job search related workshops

 

 

Jennifer Browning, Associate Director

As Associate Director, Jennifer is the point person in the office for graduate school advising, Jobs for Tars and general career counseling.

 

 
Provides general career counseling, including career assessment instruments and career related resources for seniors and alumni
Co-teaches the Academic and Career Planning Course
Plans graduate school preparation programs
Coordinates all post-graduate surveys and office assessment projects
Assists with employer relations including on-campus recruiting, employer resume requests and job fairs
Manages the online job posting system, Jobs for Tars

 

 

Elizabeth Boggs, Assistant Director

As Assistant Director, Elizabeth is the point person for internship advising, outreach efforts, office promotions and publicity, and general career counseling. She is also responsible for academic internship registration for students and employer relations for internship sponsors.
   

Conducts outreach workshops to classrooms, student organizations and residence halls
Oversees academic internship registration for students and employer relations for internship sponsors
Co-teaches the Academic and Career Planning Course
Creates and updates the office's marketing and resources materials
Provides career counseling, including career assessment instruments, for first-year students, sophomores and juniors

 

 

Heather Cabaniss ,  Assistant

As the Office Assistant, Heather is the front line contact for the programs and services of the office.  She is the point person for  walk-in career counseling, scheduling appointments, coordinating resume critiques, and career library matters.

Refers students and alumni to appropriate office staff
Schedules campus interviews
Conducts walk-in career counseling

Jesse Radloff, Graduate Assistant

As a Graduate Assistant, Jesse assists students with developing their resumes and provides walk-in career counseling. He also assists with office marketing efforts, as well as conducting research for workshops and keeping office hand-outs up-to-date
