Raymond Rogers, Director

Ray became part of the Career Services staff in August 1998. In addition to general supervision of the career center and staff, specific responsibilities include employer relations, producing the annual job fair, senior and alumni career counseling and management of the Career Connections alumni volunteer program.  He has been at Rollins since June of 1994, and has previously held staff positions in student activities, fraternity and sorority advising and residential life. 

In May of 2001, Ray received a Master of Human Resources degree through Rollins' Hamilton Holt evening degree program.  He also holds a Master of Science degree in Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.  He is also certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
®, Strong Interest Inventory and the Campbell Interest and Skill Survey.  Ray also serves as campus advisor for Spectrum, the GLBT student group at Rollins.
