What is Jobs for Tars?
Jobs for Tars is an online interview scheduling and resume submission system allowing you to apply for and schedule interviews for positions with employers who have contacted our office.  When the Office of Career Services receives a position opening from a recruiter who wants to review student or alumni resumes, or who wants to schedule on-campus interviews, the posting will be made available through the Jobs for Tars section of MonsterTRAK.  If you are a current senior or alumni you are eligible to use the Jobs for Tars section of MonsterTRAK. To access Jobs for Tars, log in to MonsterTRAK and click on the Jobs for Tars link to search for upcoming campus interviews, preview the schedule of employer presentations, submit you resume for position openings and to sign-up for campus interviews and resume drops.

Employers interested in recruiting Rollins students and alumni post job listings in several ways. Some will post job listings on the MonsterTRAK website while other employers choose to fax or mail their job listings to Career Services. We will post these listings in the job binders located in the library in the Career Services Office. Job listings received through the mail or fax are not available online, so in order to view these job listings, you will need to visit the Career Services Office. Keep in mind that there are numerous web sites that local and national employers utilize to post job listings.  We have listed some of the more popular sites on the Career Related Web Sites page. For more information on how to conduct a job search, go to the Job Search Techniques section.
