Kent D. Kedl, Executive Director

Kent has over 20 years' experience living and working in China. As a partner in Technomic Asia, he has assisted many foreign companies in their China entry and growth strategies, including strategic sourcing initiatives, market opportunity assessment, competitive analysis and M&A initiatives.
Kent's particular strengths lie in assessing a company's needs and working with a team to identify China opportunities and craft an executable strategy to develop future success. Prior to joining Technomic Asia, he was co-founder and Vice-President of eStar-Solutions, a Asian market strategy and IT solutions firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for business- and new product development. Previously, Kent was Director of Customer Services for Fourth Shift Asia, providing business solutions to Asian manufacturing firms. Kent is co-author of the recently published book "The China Ready Company" and is a sought-after seminar speaker and media analyst on China business issues. He is a native speaker of English, speaks Chinese and is conversant in German.

Connie Zhang has 10 years experience working with a variety of companies such as GE, LG Electronics, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Color Kinetics, Medtronic and Polaroid Consumer Electronics. She has diverse background in different industries such as consumer electronics, lighting, aircraft engines, pharmaceutical and medical devices and functions of business development, corporate finance, supply chain management, process improvement, human resources, and public relations. She accumulated substantial international business experience in Asia and traveled worldwide.
Connie received her MBA degree from Harvard Business School and an Economics degree from Beijing University, China.

Kenneth Wright is a 25 year practitioner in international and domestic securities, finance and transactional matters. His practice encompasses transaction structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, public and private offerings of securities, structured finance and international financings and transactions. Mr. Wright has served as lead counsel in many complex and substantial acquisitions, dispositions, mergers and financings.
Mr. Wright’s practice includes public and private entities in the United States and in foreign jurisdictions (including the People’s Republic of China). He has represented clients in the areas of banking and financial services, communications, technology, energy, real estate, vehicle dealerships, agriculture, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, and resort and time-share development.
Mr. Wright is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Special Investors and Investment Structures Group and Editor of the 2007 Hardback Edition of "Foreign Investment in U. S. Real Estate-A Comprehensive Guide". Mr. Wright is also a Red Book listed Bond Lawyer.
Mr. Wright has served on numerous Community and Charitable Boards and their Executive Committees, including The Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce, Red Cross of Central Florida, The Southeast Resource Council of the American Red Cross, Junior Achievement of Central Florida, World Trade Center Orlando, The Harmony Institute, The Harmony Charter School and The Winter Park Racquet Club.
Mr. Wright is a frequent speaker and international business traveler.
