The History of Crummer Hall
Roy E. Crummer donated one million dollars for the construction
and endowment of a building for the Crummer Graduate School of Business.
The Spanish Colonial style building was designed by James Gamble
Rogers II and was dedicated in 1966.
Crummer Hall is now equipped with state-of-the-art
classrooms, bringing the use of the computer into actual class presentations.
The building also houses faculty offices, an auditorium and Crummer’s
own computer center.
The lobby in Crummer Hall is decorated with antique
furniture and two beautiful panels from a large Tiffany window given
to the College by Charles S. Hayes and George C. Convy of Chicago
in 1976.
