On-campus Interviewing
On-campus interviews are an ideal way to identify qualified candidates.
Once you've selected a date, our office will publish your position,
collect resumes, and forward them to you prior to your campus visit.
We will handle all of the logistics involved in arranging your on-campus
interviews, making your visit as productive and convenient as possible.
Our Director of Career Management, Jacqueline Brito, is available
at all times to handle your interviewing needs and to ensure a smooth
process. Interviews may be conducted on a pre-selected or
open schedule basis.
Recruitment of MBA students begins in September and continues through
the end of May. The ideal time to recruit graduating MBA students
is in the Fall prior to their graduation. Recruitment for
MBA summer interns begins in January.
To set up interviews of Crummer MBA candidates:
- Submit the online Job/Internship Posting Form. Be sure
to select one of the following Interviewing Schedule Options.
Contact Jacqueline Brito at (407) 628-6320 if you have any questions.
Closed Interviews This is the most popular method
used by employers because it gives them the opportunity to review
the resumes of interested students and pre-select only the candidates
they would like to interview.
Open Interviews Open interview schedules are filled
on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students who have an
interest in interviewing with your company will submit a resume
and will automatically be put on the interview schedule.
- The posting will be reviewed and approved. Your employment
opportunity will then be posted on Jobs for Tars, our online recruiting
application, for our students to review and respond.
- Contact Jacqueline Brito at (407) 628-6320 to schedule your on-campus
interview date. Space is limited; please reserve interview
rooms well in advance of your desired date for interviews.
- You will be sent a group of resumes to review via email.
For closed interviews, you will need to notify us of your selections.
- You will receive a recruiter packet upon your arrival that
will include final interview schedules, resumes, and a feedback
form for you.
- Interviews are scheduled between 8:30am and 5:00pm unless you
require alternate arrangements. Please arrive at least thirty
minutes prior to your first interview.
- At the end of the day, you will debrief with the Career Management
Center. This will allow you to give us feedback on our services
and candidate performance.
