Job and Internship Postings
Crummer offers you the opportunity to advertise full-time and part-time
positions, internships, and projects free of charge to a highly
qualified, target group of MBA students and alumni. Positions
may be emailed directly and/or posted on Jobs for Tars, our web-based
system, where students will have 24-hour access to your employment
opportunities. To post a job, please fill
out the online Job/Internship Posting Form or contact Shirley Haberjan at (407) 628-6374. The position must be reviewed
and approved by the Career Management staff before it is posted
for our students. You will then have the opportunity
to contact the candidates directly or allow us to assist you in
arranging interviews.
Resume Book/CD
Crummer's MBA Resume Book/CD is an efficient way for you
to match a candidate's background and experience with your hiring
needs. Our Resume Book/CD is available to you free of charge
upon request. Please contact Shirley Haberjan at (407) 628-6374 to request either our Graduating
Students and Alumni MBA Resume Book/CD or our Full-time 1st
Year MBA Summer Internship Resume Book/CD. You may contact
candidates directly upon selection or the Career Management staff
would enjoy assisting you in scheduling interviews.
On-campus Interviewing
On-campus interviews are an ideal way to
identify qualified candidates. Once you've selected a date,
our office will publish your position, collect resumes, and forward
them to you prior to your campus visit. After selecting the
candidates that meet your qualifications, we will arrange your interview
schedule, making your visit as productive and convenient as possible.
On-campus Information
Session/Receptions
These one-hour lunch or evening sessions
are an ideal way to give students valuable information about your
organization and the type of employee you seek. Company Information
Sessions are usually scheduled one to two weeks prior to your campus visit to maximize your recruiting
efforts. Contact Jacqueline Brito at (407) 628-6320 for assistance with scheduling a
presentation and promoting it to our students.
Building Relationships
Since the recruiting season is a busy time for both the
company and the school, building strong relationships between the
Career Management Center and your company is one of our priorities.
A member of the Career Management Center would be happy to visit
your company or host a visit on the Rollins campus upon your request.
Crummer Mentor Program
One of our many unique features is our extensive involvement
in the corporate community. Through the Mentor Program, students
partner with business executives in a wide variety of fields and
industries to gain important real-world exposure to today's business
practices and management styles. If you are interested in
impacting an MBA student's professional development, please contact
Dawn Nagy at (407) 628-6347.
Internships
Crummer students contribute significantly to your company
through our professional summer internship program. Candidates
are typically available from early May to the middle of September,
enabling you to adequately evaluate technical ability, written communication
and presentation skills, and individual fit. At the end of
the internship program, you will have the opportunity to hire a
future full-time employee who is already committed to your organization.
MBA Consortia and the Florida Job Fair
The annual MBA Consortia are a perfect opportunity for you
to interview the country's brightest talent, and the Crummer School
is proud to be a charter member of this prestigious alliance of
15 of the nation's top MBA programs. In addition, Crummer students
participate in the Florida MBA and Graduate Business Consortium
held in February each year. These events provide excellent
recruiting opportunities for full-time and internship positions.
