Crummer Graduate School of Business Dedicates New High-Tech Classroom

Winter Park, Fla. - The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business recently dedicated a new high-tech classroom. Local Crummer School alumni Gregory and Dorothy Clendenin donated $150,000 for the project. The couple graduated from Rollins Executive MBA program in 1998.

"The new classroom represents technology that maximizes learning opportunities for our MBA students," said Crummer School Dean Craig McAllaster. "Greg and Dottie's gift has created a classroom that rivals facilities at the nation's top business schools. Many students attend classes in this lecture hall, and this generous gift enables students to cultivate their skills in a state-of-the-art classroom setting."

The classroom underwent major technology and facility improvements bringing the room in line with other "smart technology classrooms" on the Rollins campus. The refurbished classroom, room 108, bears the title "Greg and Dorothy Clendenin Lecture Hall."

The Clendenins met while attending MBA classes at the Crummer School. The two dated during the program and were married shortly after graduation. Gregory Clendenin is the CEO of Middleton Lawn & Pest Control.
