Rich DeVos, Co-Founder, Amway Corporation, to Speak to Rollins MBA StudentsThe Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, in partnership with the Direct Selling Education Foundation, will host a special presentation by Richard M. DeVos, Sr., on Wednesday evening, February 2, 2005, at 5:00 p.m., at the Orlando Museum of Art, 2416 North Mills Avenue, Orlando, FL 32803-1483. DeVos’ presentation will focus on the foundation of core values critical to entrepreneur success. The one-hour presentation is free, however, reservations are required. Alticor Inc. is the parent of Amway, Quixtar Inc. and Access Business Group LLC. Alticor companies focus on nutrition, wellness, beauty and home products and manufacturing and logistics services. He is also the owner and chairman of the NBA’s Orlando Magic team and is the author of the best-selling books Believe!, Compassionate Capitalism, and most recently, Hope From My Heart: Ten Lessons for Life. DeVos is also the focus of a book written by author Pat Williams - How to be Like Rich DeVos: Succeeding with Integrity in Business and Life." DeVos’ presentation will serve as the highlight of “Direct Selling Days on Campus,” an educational program sponsored by the Direct Selling Education Foundation (DSEF). Rollins College was selected to participate in this program, which helps business students better understand direct selling as an industry and a channel of distribution. DSEF works with the sponsoring college to bring senior direct-selling executives to campus and into the classroom. |
