Crummer Graduate School Board of Overseers Elects Four New Members

The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business Board of Overseers recently elected four new members: Robert Finfrock, Jr., president of Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct (DMC); Thomas McEvoy, president of Sprint Business Solutions (SBS) Enterprise Markets; Michael Poole, principal with PCE Investment Bankers; and Erin Wallace, senior vice president of Walt Disney World Operations.

The Crummer Board of Overseers, comprised of local and international senior corporate executives, advises the dean of the school and serves as ambassadors for the Rollins MBA program. “Our newest board members bring a wealth of leadership experience to the board,” said Dr. Craig McAllaster, dean of the Crummer School. “We are honored that they will contribute their expertise and guidance in this time of increasing change in the business world.”

A native Floridian, Robert Finfrock is the second generation of his family to lead Finfrock DMC, a precast concrete firm and the largest builder of parking structures in the state of Florida. A creative leader, Finfrock DMC is the only company in the precast concrete industry that combines design, manufacturing and construction services. Finfrock holds an undergraduate degree in structural engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree from the Crummer School.

Thomas McEvoy has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry having served in a variety of positions within Sprint. McEvoy was recently appointed president of SBS Enterprise Markets, where he will have responsibility for driving the sales of integrated communications solutions to a $50-billion market of corporate, federal and state government accounts. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MBA degree from Rollins College.

As one of Florida’s most experienced private investment bankers, Michael Poole is a principal for PCE Investment Bankers and its subsidiary Stratus Valuations, LLC. He has personally handled more than $1.3 billion in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions in a broad range of business sectors. Serving his second term on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Jacksonville Branch, Poole maintains high visibility in the financial sectors throughout Florida and the Eastern Seaboard. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA degree from Rollins College.

Erin Wallace is the senior vice president of Walt Disney World Operations, maintaining full operating responsibility for all theme parks, resorts, sports and recreation, and Downtown Disney. Prior to this role, she oversaw the daily operations of two theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom), seven resorts, and sports and recreation. In her 17-year tenure with Walt Disney World Resort, Wallace’s career has included key positions in staff and operating areas. A native Floridian, Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Crummer School.
