Crummer Announces Assistant Dean Appointment

Craig M. McAllaster, dean of the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College announced the appointment of Anne M. Roberts to assistant dean. Roberts has the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the full-time program and direction of the Career Management Center.

“Anne provides a wonderful business world perspective that has been proven in the Career Management Center and will now provide on-going guidance and support to our full-time programs providing a seamless experience from orientation to job placement,” said McAllaster. “I have great confidence in her leadership skills and direction for her new position.”

Prior to joining Crummer, Roberts worked over 16 years for the Walt Disney World Company in roles of increasing responsibility in Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing. Roberts was selected as the 1994 Walt Disney World Ambassador and represented the company and cast as media spokesperson and good will emissary around the world. She also worked as a business program facilitator for the prestigious Disney Institute’s Professional Development Programs. Roberts joined the Crummer School in 2001as director of the Career Management Center, leading career strategy counseling and job skills training for the school’s 400 full- and part-time students. In this role, Roberts has also developed a career management curriculum and extenummer Graduate School of Business was founded in 1957 at Rollins College and is rded the center’s services to alumni. She holds a BA in Sociology and an MBA.
