a prospective student must provide the following:
Application for Admission
We encourage prospective students to apply
online. A $50 dollar application fee, which is non-refundable,
must accompany the completed application form. Checks or money orders
should be made payable to Rollins College.
Statement of Purpose
The Crummer School Admissions Committee uses your statement of purpose to evaluate several areas of your candidacy. First, your statement of purpose demonstrates the thoroughness of your career planning and preparation. Second, your statement of purpose often reveals your strengths as well as areas of opportunity. Finally, your statement of purpose demonstrates your written communication skills. Please proofread your work for both spelling and grammar. Statements with these errors reflect a lack of attention to detail. The suggested length for your statement of purpose is between 500 and 1,000 words.
Transcripts
Applicants should arrange to have all official transcripts of academic
records sent directly from each undergraduate, graduate, and professional
school attended. In order to be eligible for admissions, candidates must have completed an undergraduate
degree from an accredited university prior to EAMBA Orientation.
Confidential Evaluations
Two Confidential Evaluation forms are required before your application
is considered complete. They should be filled out by individuals
who are familiar with your academic performance, or professional
persons who can highlight your potential for graduate work. Candidates should sign in to the online application system for instructions on how recommenders can complete the form online or download a printable version from the link above. Hard copies of the confidential evaluation must be sealed in an envelope with the evaluator’s
signature over the seal. It is the applicant's responsibility to
provide recommenders ample time to return these evaluations.
Resume
Your resume outlines your academic and professional experiences and highlights significant
accomplishments.
GMAT
All applicants are required to submit an official score on the Graduate
Management Admission Test (GMAT). Official scores should be sent
directly to the school from Pearson VUE™. Please call 1-800-717-GMAT or visit www.mba.com
to schedule a test time or to have GMAT scores sent to the Crummer
School. After careful review of course documents, the GMAT requirement
may be waived for applicants who have earned a
graduate-level degree; however EAMBA applicants wishing to be considered
for scholarship funds should submit a score on the GMAT even if
they have a graduate degree.
A GMAT Review course is offered through the Crummer School - click
here for more information about fees, dates and to register.
Interviews
Interviews are scheduled by invitation only. If the Admissions Committee
determines that an interview is necessary, you will be contacted
by a representative from our office. Requests for interviews cannot
be considered unless all required admissions information has been
received by the Crummer School. All applicants being considered
for admissions are required to participate in a personal interview
with the Admissions Committee. Interviews help to assess an applicant's
qualifications and provide the prospective student with a more accurate
perspective of the many features of the Crummer School graduate
business programs. On-campus interviews are preferred, but for those
who are unable to visit Crummer, the EAMBA Admissions Committee
will allow phone or teleconference interviews may be scheduled.
In addition to the material above International Students may need to submit the following two items:
Official TOEFL Score
Your Official TOEFL Score is required for admission if English is not your first language. If you have received a degree from a school where English is the primary language of instruction, the TOEFL requirement is waived.
Transcript Evaluation
A transcript evaluation (not translation) is required if your undergraduate degree was awarded by a school outside of the United States. An evaluation can be obtained from either World Education Services or Josef Silny & Associate, Inc. A "course-by-course" evaluation is sufficient for admission purposes. If you have taken graduate level courses that you want us to consider for transfer purposes, you will need to submit a "course-by-course" evaluation.
If you choose to have your transcript evaluated by Josef Silny you must also request an official cumulative grade point average report at an additional cost.
*Please note international applicants are required to submit an official transcript directly to the EAMBA Admissions office in addition to the transcript evaluation.
