About UsLeadership development is an essential component of the MBA experience. In fact, leadership potential is one of the key skills recruiters seek in hiring MBA’s. The Center for Leadership Development, unique among MBA programs, was established to provide opportunities for students to develop and enhance their leadership skills and EQ (emotional intelligence). The Center for Leadership Development offers leadership training and experiences to augment the Rollins MBA curriculum at the nationally ranked Crummer Graduate School of Business. Leadership students are encouraged to participate in a variety of events, to enhance their leadership skills and gain a competitive edge as they move into today’s aggressive job market. The Center’s approach to leadership development is based on four concepts: Academic, Measurement, Experiential, and Recognition. (links to pages) (Measurement page is new so must be created.
