Dr. Bach joins Rollins College as an organizational development
executive with extensive background in leadership development
and as a certified coach. Her corporate, entrepreneurial and
consulting experience also includes human resources and training,
strategic planning, team building, change management, career
management, communication, organizational culture, communication,
and customer service. She has provided consulting services
to organizations as diverse as start-up entrepreneurial ventures,
governmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies, including
organizations such as Darden, NASA, Marriott, Holiday Inns,
Embassy Suites, The Peabody Hotel Group, Harris Corporation,
GE Harris, AAA, the Orange County Jail and the City of Orlando.
In addition to a strong track record in the business and
government sector, Dr. Bach has extensive academic administration
leadership experience and has been a professor of business
and hospitality management. In her most recent teaching position,
at the University of Central Florida in the Hospitality Management
Department (now the Rosen School of Hospitality Management),
students voted Dr. Bach Professor of the Year.
