| Erica Bader
Sorrell, SPHRExecutive DirectorErica Bader Sorrell currently
serves as the Executive Director of Management and Executive Education at the
Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. In this role, Erica is
responsible for conducting client needs assessments, creating custom programs
and managing ongoing customer relationships. Formerly, Erica was a Human
Resources Manager for Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando, where she served as part
of the opening team for both the Hard Rock Hotel and Royal Pacific Resort. Prior
to joining Loews Hotels, Erica was responsible for the creation of the Human Resources
Department for C3i, Inc., a customer relationship management software company
located in Manhattan. She began her career with Hyatt Hotels in Orlando, Florida
and San Antonio, Texas, holding various positions in Human Resources. Erica
holds an A.B. from Rollins College and recently earned her M.B.A. from the Crummer
Graduate School of Business. |

Connie
Morris, MHRDirector
Connie Morris currently serves as a Director with Rollins College Management &
Executive Education. In this role, her primary responsibilities include management
of the Rollins College Corporate University consortium and the Crummer Management
Program (Mini-MBA). In addition, she manages a number of custom program offerings,
including Embracing Leadership Excellence, a unique and highly successful leadership
development program designed and delivered in partnership with Olive Garden Restaurants.
Connie holds a BA in Organizational Behavior and an MA in Human Resources from
Rollins College. |

Vanessa KannemeyerAssitant Director Vanessa
Kannemeyer is currently the Assistant Director of Management and Executive Education
at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. In this role,
Vanessa is responsible for the marketing of the Management and Executive Education
center. In addition, she manages open enrollment program offerings, creating custom
programs and managing ongoing customer relationships. Vanessa brings with
her 21 years of international experience in finance, marketing and customer relations
from her native country South Africa where she holds a BSC Business Administration.
Prior to joining Rollins College in 2005 Vanessa worked for the International
Business Management Center at the University of Kentucky where she managed the
state wide School of Financial Management Institute certification program for
the Kentucky Department of Education. Among her accomplishments is the coveted
Kentucky Colonel award from the governor of Kentucky. |

Evelyn Castillo CollazoOperations/Program
CoordinatorAs Operations/Program Coordinator, Evelyn Collazo is responsible
for managing client relations, program management and office operations. Prior
to joining Rollins in 2001, she served as operations assistant for a local construction
company. Evelyn has over ten years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Evelyn holds a BA in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College and is currently
enrolled in the Masters of Human Resources. |

| Stephanie
DardenProgram AssistantAs Program Assistant, Stephanie Darden
is responsible for registrations and records, assessment processing, program support,
and office support.
Prior to joining Rollisn College, Stephanie worked
as an administrative assistant at an emissions monitoring services company in
Pensacola. Stephanie holds a BA in Elementary Education, as well as a BA in Special
Education from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.
