Cancellation PolicyA full tuition refund will be granted for cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations received between 6 - 10 business days prior to the program will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 5 business days will not receive a refund. This cancellation policy applies to all Management & Executive Education programs unless otherwise noted on the program's information page. All cancellations must be made in writing and can be e-mailed (execed@rollins.edu), faxed (407-646-1503) or mailed (1000 Holt Avenue - 2722ME, Winter Park, FL 32789). Rollins College Management and Executive Education reserves the right to cancel the program at any time and will be liable only for refund of the program fee. An administrative fee may be assessed for substitutions or transfers. |
