Two Distinct Workshops or One Unique Training Program

Designing & Developing Effective Training
This two-day program teaches participants how to design training that produces learning and results. It guides them through each stage of the learning process.

Conducting Training & Facilitating Learning
This two-day course develops skills in both delivering training programs and facilitating classroom-learning activities. The course is designed to build skills in: conducting and debriefing exercises; leading group discussions; asking questions and presenting information; and managing the learning process
