What is IMPACT?

IMPACT is an educational program that consists of a group of Rollins students who are trained to facilitate discussion in a variety of settings including the classroom, and on a variety or topics, including social justice, diversity, and leadership.

Rollins College educates students for responsible citizenship and ethical leadership in local and global communities. IMPACT supports the mission of the College by providing learning opportunities that actively engage students in issues of difference, inclusion, power and privilege, social justice, and respect. As peer educators, IMPACT provides a safe environment for students to step out of their comfort zones and begin this process.
