Position/Title:  Oracle/C Programmer/Analyst
Job Description:  Provide support for users of the Financial Aid, Human Resource/Payroll and Student modules in Banner and backup support for Alumni/Development.  Also responsible for National Student Clearinghouse submissions, Kronos support, NolijWeb support, maintaining Banner data standards and any residual conversion issues.

Position/Title:  Technical Services Coordinator

Position/Title:  Manager of Information Services
Job Description:   IT Manager for Information Services. System Administrator for Mail, Web, DB and Application services running under Unix, Windows, and OpenVMS. Provides technical support for the Banner financial system as well as the campus Web portals, Foxlink and Blackboard. Senior project manager for the Olin Library electronic catalog system. Develops and assists in the strategic planning and direction of Information Technology.

Job Description:  Assist faculty with the integration of technology into the classroom. Train faculty and students on how to use Blackboard, our course management system. Maintain the web side of Blackboard (course creation, adding students, technical support, etc.).

Job Description:  Assist the DBA with Banner upgrades and database related issues.  Design, develop, and maintain Oracle web applications.  Assist programmers with development of Workflow projects.

Job Description:  Oversees projects for the programming staff. Also works as an Oracle DBA. Expertise in C programming, UNIX shell, and SQL script writing. Experience with various Oracle products.

Position/Title:  Finance Systems Specialist/User Liaison
Job Description:  Provides training and technical support to the Finance Office and other users of the Banner Finance, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Accounts Payable modules.  Develops custom programs for importing, exporting, reporting, and maintaining data in the Banner Oracle database.  Also assists with the administration of the College’s database and application server systems

Name:  Carrie Schulz
Position/Title:  Interim Co-CIO, Director of Support Services
Job Description:  Carrie works with the student assistants who answer the phone at the Help Desk, assist in the Computer Labs, and provide other support functions for I.T. Her primary responsibility is the oversight of the Help Desk and functioning as a liaison between campus departments and the coordination of their various needs with I.T.

Name:  Jim Spitzer
Position/Title:  Senior Network Engineer
Job Description:   Managing and maintaining the wired and wireless network physical infrastructure including all the switches and routers, the college's internet connectivity, traffic management, and firewall. He is also responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the Novell servers on the campus network. He works with other members of the IT Department to provide additional services to the Rollins community such as email, network printing, and managing Novell user accounts. Jim also supervises tape backups and data security measures to protect the college's information assets.
