Initial Banner Login
Follow the instructions below to login to Banner for the first time. If you are experiencing issues logging into Banner, please contact the Help Desk at x6363.
When you start Banner for the first time, you may be prompted concerning java security certificates; simply click OK on all of these. You may also be prompted to install Oracle's Jinitiator, which is a required plug-in. Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for Banner, with your monitor resolution set at 1024 x 768. If your browser asks if you would like Password Manager to save your password, click Never For This Site. If you use print screen for record keeping, please use the print icon on the Banner toolbar, not the browser toolbar. As a security measure, Banner is currently available only on campus and via Citrix.
Click here to launch Banner. At the Banner login dialogue box enter your default Banner username and password.
You should now be logged into Banner and viewing a screen similar to the one pictured below. If this is your first time logging into Banner, please refer to the instructions on changing your Banner password.
