(You must be using Internet Explorer. Before clicking on the above link, select Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level and select the enable option for Automatic prompting of Active X Controls and Automatic prompting for Download Unsigned Active X Controls)
A conflict exists between Outlook and GroupWise.
Please do not download the GroupWise client if you run Outlook.
