Sending a High Priority Message


There may be times when you need to send an urgent message to one or more users. GroupWise allows you to set the priority level of your email message. This way you can increase the priority in accordance with the message's urgency.

Priority OptionsTo make a message high priority:

  1. Create your email message.
  2. Click on the Send Options tab just below the Send button.
  3. Select High Priority from the priority options. (Located just below the Category field.)
  4. Click Send to send your email message.

Your message will appear in the recipient's mailbox with a red envelope. High Priority Email (Unopened) High Priority Email (Opened)
