Replying to an Email Message


To reply to an email message:

  1. Double-click on the message to which you want to reply. (If you have the Quickviewer on you can also click on the message once to open it in the Quickviewer.)
  2. Click the Reply button. Reply Button
  3. Enter your reply message.
  4. Click Send.

Reply Drop-down MenuClicking the arrow just to the right of the Reply button will give you several additional reply options:

  • Reply to Sender (include message)
  • Reply to Sender
  • Reply to All (include message)
  • Reply to All
