The GroupWise Workspace
The GroupWise workspace provides easy access to many of the most frequently used tools. Each of the tool bars will be discussed in more detail below.

Address Book Button - Opens the Address Book window and gives you access to your GroupWise address book(s). |

Properties Button - Displays the properties of the selected item. |

Print Calendar Button - Allows you to print your calendar with a number of options. |

Find Button - Allows you to search for an email or calendar item. |

New Mail Button - Creates a new mail message. Click the arrow to the right to access more options from the drop-down menu. |

New Appointment Button - Creates a new appointment. Click the arrow to the right to access more options from the drop-down menu. |

New Task Button - Creates a new task. Click the arrow to the right to access more options from the drop-down menu. |

New Document Button - This feature is not used. |

QuickViewer Button - Toggles the QuickViewer On/Off. |

View By Button - Changes how information is displayed on the screen. Click the arrow to the right to access more options from the drop-down menu. |

Open Calendar Button - Opens the calendar in a new window. Click the arrow to the right to access more options from the drop-down menu. |
