Our Collections
The purpose of collecting archival records (both paper and electronic) is to provide documentation of the history of the college including its role in the community,
of the activities of the faculty, student body, and alumni, and of the development of its buildings, landscape, and curriculum. To this end, the Archival collections
document the history of Rollins College from its foundation in 1885 to
the present. Included in the materials housed within the collections are
the records of the presidents of Rollins College, minutes of the Board
of Trustees, academic department files, and faculty committee minutes. College publications housed in this department include
The Tomokan, College Catalogue, Sandspur, and Flamingo. The Rollins College Collection comprises publications by and about Rollins College faculty, staff, students, and alumni. The collection includes books, artifacts, literary works, and contributions to anthologies. These materials are searchable online in the Olin Library Catalog. Suggestions for additions to the collection may be sent to the Acquisitions Department.
