JobWeb: National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) An online career fair with hundreds of full-time and co-op/intern employers nationwide. You will also find information about resumes, interviewing skills, and internships on this site.
Offers information on wages, employment trends, occupational requirements, state-by-state labor market conditions, employer contacts nationwide, and an online career resource library.
The O*NET database includes information on skills, abilities, work activities, and interests associated with occupations. This site will help with career exploration, vocational counseling, in addition to developing job orders, position descriptions and aligning training with current workplace needs.
5. INTERNSHIP INFORMATION SITES
If you are a business student, one of the best ways to gain work experience is through an internship program. Some businesses that provide internships will pay for your services, while other businesses expect you to be satisfied with the work experience the internships provide you.
