If you are interested in submitting an application to participate in Talent Search, please call us at 407-646-1558, or follow the links below to download the application.

Note: Applications for participation will be processed as received. Program staff will work with applicants to ensure that the application for participation is adequately completed. Incomplete applications that are not followed through by applicants/parents will be discarded 45 days after notifying the applicants.
