be effective and efficient, and can help drive your mission. Making the
wrong technology decisions or working with outdated technology can have
the opposite impact on your programs and will waste precious operating
dollars. In this workshop gain the tools to understand your current technology
configuration and how to ensure that future technology provides the maximum
benefit to your organization.

• Building a fast and reliable network
• Leveraging the Internet to promote your organization and communicate
with your constituents including building a strategy for utilizing social
networking tools
• Finding and implementing software and data management tools that
help you manage you organizations data
• Building a technology plan for your organization

John Roll is a business technology
consultant and president of JDRF Technology Consulting working with
non-profit organizations and for profit companies in Florida and primarily
the Tampa Bay area. John’s professional background includes
providing technology leadership for Progress Fuels Corporation, a
subsidiary of Progress Energy Corporation. As a Technology Manager
he was responsible for building and supporting technology infrastructure
for Progress Fuels’ subsidiary businesses across the US. He
is currently BOD President and immediate past interim director of
Florida Craftsmen, Inc., a statewide, nonprofit membership association
of artists in Florida. |
