How to Register for Workshops
You may register for workshops online at the Philanthropy Center’s Web site by clicking here.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering within 2 business days of a workshop/program please call to confirm registration at 407-975-6414. If you do not receive a Philanthropy Center confirmation email with directions 2-3 days prior to the workshop, please call to verify your registration and/or email address. Payment for workshops may be made with Visa or Mastercard or with a check. Please make checks out to Rollins College. Please note that registrations are accepted up until 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the workshop. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. If you do not receive a Philanthropy Center confirmation with directions 2-3 days prior to the workshop, please call to confirm your registration and email address at 407-975-6414.

Member Pricing Discounts
The following pricing discounts are effective for members registering for workshops after January 1, 2009:

-20% discount off of total registration fees when registering 3 or more people for a single workshop
-20% discount off of total registration fees when 1 person registers for 3 or more classes at one time

*Notice:
These discounts do not apply toward the Proposal Writing I-V workshops, or any workshop under 3 hours in length. Registrants must submit only one registration form with the appropriate information to receive the discount. Discounts are void in the event of cancellation, and the registrant is responsible for the non-discounted tuition price of the remaining uncanceled workshops. These two discount offers are available to members only, cannot be combined.

EAF members receive 20% off the non-member rate for Philanthropy Center half or full day workshops. Discount does not apply to multi-day programs.

Registration Policy
To enroll in a workshop, individuals must submit a completed workshop registration form by 3:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the workshop start date. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Full payment must be received pror to the workshop start date. To ensure opportunity for active learning, program attendance is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
Individuals who must cancel a completed workshop registration may select one of the following three options, provided that they submit their cancellation to the Philanthropy Center in writing no later than three (3) working days prior to the workshop start date:

  •  Transfer the registration fee to another workshop.
  •  Designate an alternate person to attend.
  • Receive a full refund of the tuition fee.

No-shows are not eligible for a fee transfer or refund, and will be held responsible for all unpaid tuition fees.

Unpaid Fees: Agencies or individuals with unpaid fees will not be allowed to register for any workshop until all fees are paid.

Certificates of Completion: Certificates awarded for completion of individual workshops or for the completion of any one of the Philanthropy Center’s certificate programs are awarded only after all tuition fees are paid in full. Participants must attend the entire workshop to receive a certificate of completion.
