Community Values Development Model at Rollins College
Goal: The goal of the V5 is to assist Resident Assistants (RAs) and House Managers (HMs) develop community through the Residential Life Office (RLO) Community Values clarification and development. The RLO's aim is to express our values through initiatives that are high in quality.
Description: V5 is designed to assist Resident Assistants and House Managers in completing the often challenging task of buidling community in their residential area. This is done by highlighting the 5 community values of the Residential Life Office as well as focus on community development through campus resources. The 5 values are: Learning, Social Justice, Responsibility, Collaboration, and Leadership. It is through the understanding and embracing of these values that an ideal community can be established.
