Tutors schedule their appointment hours sometime during these hours, but most do not start their hours until the afternoon to avoid course conflicts. They also try not to schedule their appointment hours when the courses are in session.
Each tutor offers around six hours of appointments per week. Some prefer hour-long appointments; others, half-hour. A tutor might also offer a group session for a specific course before a test or weekly. Some departments have more than one tutor, giving you more hours to choose from. (See the Who We Are page in this website to see the tutors listed by department.) If tutors change their hours, the new ones will always show up accurately on TutorTrac.
