Fred McFeely Rogers - Pennsylvania (3/20/28 - ) The stone is from Mister Rogers' original neighborhood - his birthplace. Mister Rogers set his stone as part of his 40th class reunion on March 8, 1991. He also read the scripture lesson at Chapel on Sunday morning (he is an ordained minister), while Mrs. Rogers (trustee, Joanne Byrd Rogers '50) sang in the choir.

Alonzo W. Rollins - Lebanon, Maine (1832-1887) "This stone was taken from the farm where the founder of Rollins College was born."

Edmund Skellings - Ludlow, Massachusetts (1932 - ) Mr. Skellings, the third Poet Laureate of Florida, set his stone on the 1st day of National Poetry Month, April 1, 1997 - the newest stone in the Walk. The stone was obtained from his hometown by Heather LaPorte '99. Mr. Skellings is also known as the "electric poet" and his works can be found on his web page.

Elizabeth Cady Stanton - Johnstown, NY (1815-1902) "This stone came from her birthplace in Johnstown, and was sent to Rollins College by her daughter, Mrs. Harriet Stanton Blatch." A statue of Ms. Stanton, Susan B Anthony and Lucretia Mott - pioneers of the women's suffrage movement - was recently moved back to the rotunda of the US Capitol. They are the only women represented there. Ms. Anthony also has a stone in the Walk.
