With the introduction of the Winter Park Institute, Rollins College celebrates the intersection of vital discourse in the academy and the intellectual engagement of our community.
Founded on the model of enterprises such as the Aspen Institute and the Santa Fe Institute, the Winter Park Institute offers exceptional occasions for visiting scholars and artists to interact with one another and members of the Rollins College faculty during short- or long-term residencies, and for members of the Rollins and Winter Park communities to enjoy unparalleled opportunities to share time with these thought leaders and participate as active listeners in some of their conversations. We look forward to providing our visiting fellows a fertile environment for both their scholarly pursuits and vibrant dialogue.
The Winter Park Institute promises to introduce new sources of intellectual capital into our campus and our community. We hope you will join us in this newest experiment in Rollins’ long, proud tradition of innovation in liberal learning.
